Rinneadh léirmheas tráth sa nuachtán Kerryman inar dúradh fé Thig Bhric gur tigh 4 réalt é nach gcloíann leis an gnáth rud.

Cuirtear béim fé leith ar rogha mhaith d’anraithí, seabhdair agus milseoga atá déanta sa tigh agus atá ar fáil i gcaitheamh na bliana. Déantar iad le glasraí onár ngairdín féin agus le h-earraí orgánacha áitiúla. Is ball de Ghluaiseacht Bhídh Bhog an tigh seo.

Tá tionscnamh nua idir lámha againn i dteannta lenár gcomhghleacaí Donal Óg Ó Chatháin (Tigh Uí Chatháin) Osclófar mionghrúdlann Beoir Chorca Dhuibhne ar an Riasc an chéad cheann dá leithéad i gCiarraí.

Described in a review in the Kerryman newspaper we are a 4 star establishment who break from the banal.  Specializing in soups, chowder and desserts we serve homecooked food all day.
We use our own vegetables as well as local and organic produce and are members of the slow food movement.

Example dishes:

Beef in Guinness Caseole
Roast Aurbergine, Leek and Bean Chili
Carrot & Corriander Soup
Dingle Peninsula Cheese Tart
Organic Smoked Paté

We are closed on Tuesdays

In a first for Kerry we are the only micro brewery in the county. Beoir Chorca Dhuibhne, is a small family entiprise run in conjunction with fellow publican Donal Kane from Tigh Uí Chatháin in Ballyferriter. Our cask conditioned ale Cúl Dorcha is named after a small local beach 'The Dark Corner'.

Visitors are welcome to view our cottage industry brewery which is supplied by our own well water and to see the traditional methods employed to produce our own local ale.

We are very excited with this new and experimental entiprise and are continually refining our techniques.
